Hi! I’m Autumn.
I’m a mom and wife, knitter, crocheter, sewist, photographer, technical consultant, advocate for size inclusion, anti-racist, believer in “deeds not words”, avid reader, collector of all things crafty, coffee drinker, fan of true crime and all things Stephen King, yarn curator for a local fabric and yarn shop, assistant to one of my favorite indie yarn dyers…
A Jane of many trades, master of some if you will!
I’m originally from California. I relocated to Ohio, remarried and started working for myself as a technical consultant. If you’re wondering what that is or what I do, you can find out more here.
Late 2017 I injured my back and required spinal surgery. During my recovery time I wanted to keep my hands and mind busy so I picked up knitting and then crochet and I have been doing both constantly since! Sometimes I make for myself, sometimes I take commissions and sometimes I just make for the joy of making and offer the finished object for sale once it is complete. I will share those items here as they become available. If you are interested in a commissioned piece, please feel free to contact me.
As COVID-19 ramped up and became clear it was not going to be a situation that was going to resolve quickly I decided to dust off my sewing skills and started making masks for my family and friends. They were such a big hit, people suggested that I sell them! To find out more about my masks, click here. Be sure to read the FAQ for answers to some of the most common questions!
